Clearly, this kid is rather naturally intelligent. I just fear for the future of books.

Children should not be exposed to screens of any kind before the age of two. It negatively impacts their attention development in the brain. But you know what positively impacts their ability to pay attention? Parents paying attention to them…instead of ignoring them while they watch TV or play with ipads.

How is this a fail? In 20 years when she’s in college, everyone will be using touch-top desk computers and tablets anyway. Looks to me she already has a finger up on her fellow alumni.

for all of you trying to say this looks like bad parenting , ya know all of you without kids, Im sure these parents spend plenty of time with their kid, however you can’t be super mom and dad everyday , my mom has a ipad and its really nice to be able to give my two year old it for a little while , while I’m lets say cleaning the kitchen or trying to get stuff together to go somewhere , or doing some sort of chore where I can’t keep an eye on her constantly , and because you can buy educational games for toddlers such as counting games , animal sound games ect. I would say its better then sticking her in front of the tv , and I spend lots of time actually playing with her , so everyone shouldn’t be so quick to judge , its tough to be a parent and anything that can help make it easier will be used

Some pretty bizarre reactions here. The baby is trying to interact with flat images using techniques she has learned on a tablet. It’s cute. Reading more into it — especially judging parenting skills — is trollfully idiotic.  Now quit freaking out and move along.
