Will Staney of Austin, TX tweeted at the band Foster the People to ask if he could propose to his girlfriend at their concert. This is what happened.

Will Staney had an idea to propose to his girlfriend Mallary Snodgrass at a concert of their favorite band, Foster the People. Will, who works in social media, decided to tweet to the band to see if they would help him out.
He tweeted to them, and quickly the band responded to him and they set it up for him to propose just after their favorite song.
Pretty awesome to propose in front of thousands of people!

Art Vandelay 11 months agoMan! do I hate my generation sometimes, does everything have to be made for public consumption? Dude, just keep as private as possible, take her to your favorite restaurant. You can even make arrangements w/the owner to allow you to enter through the kitchen as they play “Then he Kissed Me” while you shake hands and tip guys a couple of bucks here and there. You could then be seated at a prime spot in the front, shake more hands and have a couple of wise guys send over some champaign, it’s a lock and doesn’t that sound more classy and baller?

MrDeconstruction 11 months agoGod, do I ever hate this band and everything about them. If your favorite band is an ad hoc group that only has one album and was thrown together cause the singer wrote a catchy jingle at his place of business then maybe, just maybe, you should give your engagement a little more time and thought. I really, really hate this band.
