NFL Star Sues Tila Tequila — She Lied to Ruin Me

San Diego Chargers Shawne Merriman Super Star sued his former GF Tila Tequila, claiming they lied Merriman claims she beat up in September in an attempt to ruin his career. The lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court, Merriman claims Tila written all sorts of lies on their website, including stories that Merriman "choked and assaulted" her, "sex with minors and forcing them to take drugs," and that he made drug in his home. Merriman is not sue for defamation if – instead he sued for intentional interference with contract and competition law and trademark infringement … because Merriman claims to his famous "Lights Out" logo used on their website.
