1. Do some lunges after you wake up.

2. Before you leave the house, do some leg lifts.

Leg exercises don't have to be this hard. Leg lifts are another super-quick exercise, and they're great for your thighs. Place your outer leg on the ground and lift your inner leg to work your inner thigh.

3. Use your dog-walking time to get some cardio in.

Take advantage of ol' Spot and use him as your training buddy! He'll be pretty darn grateful.

4. If you're a mom, combine exercise and play.

5. Ride your bike!

If you live close enough, ride your bike to the store or to work. It's a great way to work out without getting bored or wasting any time.

7. Use a yoga ball instead of a desk chair.

8. If you work from home, invest in a workout table.
