    TERIYAKI CHICKEN BURGER

    Teriyaki (meaning shine or glaze) is a cooking technique used in Japanese cuisine in which foods are grilled with a glaze of soy sauce ,honey and ginger.(Traditionally that sweet sauce made by honey soya sauce and ginger is boiled and reduced to the desired thickness, then used to brush on meat)

    Simple easy and wonderful recipe specially for people who don't like mayonnaise in their burgers.

    Teriyaki chicken burger

    INGREDIENTS:-

    chicken 400g

    olive oil 2 tbs

    garlic powder 1 tbs

    dried rosemary 1 tbs

    salt to taste

    red chili powder 2 tsp or according to taste

    lemon juice 2 tbs

    all-purpose flour

    oil for frying

    for Teriyaki sauce you need

    oil 2-3 tbs oil

    ginger 1 inch (minced)

    chili garlic sauce half cup

    soya sauce 1 tbs

    lemon juice 1 tbs

    honey 1 tbs

    red chili powder 1tsp

    water half cup

    burger buns 2

    onion

    roman salad

    tomato

    DIRECTIONS:

    1.merinate chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, dried rosemary salt, red chili powder and lemon juice and keep in refrigerator for two hours .

    2: coat chicken with all-purpose flour(no need to add salt or spices in flour because marinade for chicken was already enough spicy)

    3 . fry it on medium heat atleast 6 minutes both side or untill golden brown.

    4 :prepare teriyaki sauce as shown in video.cook it for about or less than a minute on low flame.

    5.dip that fried chicken in this teriyaki sauce and make burgers

    serve hot.
