Stop Scrolling: This TikTok-Famous Jumpsuit Is Actually Worth The Hype And I Can Prove It

Have you ever come across something trending on TikTok and thought, "OMG that's soooo cute?" But then your skepticism kicks in and you wonder, "But, is this worth the hype?" I'm the same way — especially when it comes to clothing. I'm not above an impulse buy, however, I do consider that most things look better on social media and often have some kind of filter or ideal angles and lighting.

One day, I saw a video on TikTok of someone styling a jumpsuit and showing different ways to wear it. I thought it looked cute and as someone who practically lives in leggings, I thought it looked super comfy too. And then I saw it on one of our lists (The TikTok famous jumpsuit is number 11 in this post). Soon, I couldn't scroll without seeing a video of someone gushing over how great it was. I was worried that it wouldn't fit right or that the quality wouldn't be that great. So, I read comments and looked at reviews. And most people were just as curious as I was — like how do you go to the bathroom in this thing? And others who bought one, were obsessed.

I've never owned a jumpsuit like this before. But it just seemed like one of those easy outfits you could dress up or down, and I love anything that I can get multiple uses out of. I have even seen a similar one from Skims for wayyy more money. Since this jumpsuit was more affordable and highly rated, I caved and bought one.

It was kind of tricky choosing a size as I'm always a size small in tops, but in leggings I can wear a small or medium. I decided to try a size small in beige and added it to my cart. As with every online purchase, I eagerly waited for those magical words to pop up in an email: "Your package has been delivered." I couldn't wait to get in this jumpsuit and see if all the reviews were right.

When the jumpsuit finally arrived, I tore open the package and ran to my room to try it on.

When I got a good look at it, it looked super small and shriveled up. I was worried that it wouldn't fit. But I tried it on and somehow that tiny jumpsuit stretched like magic and transformed into this chic, yet totally comfy outfit. I was shocked how well it fit and even more surprised at how great the quality was, since it was so affordable compared to other brands.

Ok, so let's get into the deets. It's ribbed, stretchy, thick enough so that it's not see-through, and it has thumb holes!

When I tried it on, I immediately checked to see if it was see-through because as you probably know, lots of leggings often are. I was blown away that nothing was visible through the jumpsuit, but I'd recommend wearing seamless underwear because any bunching could still be visible.

Although it's stretchy, it is fitted. So, I wouldn't size down. And if you like wiggle room, you might actually want to size up. The material is very thick and feels like it should cost way more than it does! It feels luxuriously soft and it's so comfortable that I was mad it took me this long to purchase one. And the sleeves can cover your hands if you want to warm them up.

Now, let's get into the question everyone one TikTok is asking: How do you go to the bathroom in it?! Hey, it's a valid question — I definitely wondered the same thing. In fact, it was the one reason I almost didn't purchase one.

I usually wear this as is, with a denim jacket or a sweater on top. If you layer this, it can be a pain to pull it down to use the bathroom — but for how cute and comfy it is, it's worth it. For reference, it's just like wearing a romper. Although it might feel super awkward when you're in a bathroom stall and have to practically get naked, it's doable. This jumpsuit changed my mind when it comes to one-piece outfits — I'm totally open to them now. And another plus, when I bend, it doesn't roll down like leggings or jeans sometimes do.

I practically live in this jumpsuit now because it keeps me warm and it looks great.

This is one of those pieces you can totally dress up or down. I wear it around the house because it feels like a warm and cozy onesie and I have also worn this out for dinner paired with a jeans jacket and boots. I loved how effortless the whole look was to put together.
