Be Nice To People Who Handle Your Food

Working in fast food restaurants I've seen it all. You'd think that movies and TV shows are exaggerating when they show servers and cooks spitting in your food if you have to send it back to you but it isn't. Servers and cooks work in a gloomy kitchen and depending on where they work they probably hate the job but only stay there because it pays the bills. Due to the fact that they might already be miserable, having a customer or a guest complain about how much of a lousy cook the line guy or girl might be they may have a hard time swallowing that. (get it?!) Which is why I always stress to my friends and family to just take things the way they were given to you. I mean if the chicken still has feathers on it, or if the pork is still breathing then by all means, go for it send it back with guns a blazin’, otherwise “if it ain’t broke – don’t fix it.” Although many people may not agree with me, I'd just rather be safe than sorry. Only in situations where it is unacceptable I will send my food back but even then, I say it very nicely. 5 Tips I can suggest to guests while they are eating out are

    1. Make sure you READ everything in a dish first before ordering it.

    2. Keep your table clean!

    3. Tip your server!

    4. Make their night fun!

    5. Don’t send back your food and LOSE THE ‘TUDE!

At the end of the day it is wrong for the servers and cooks to do these things but its reality. The sad part is you can’t change the things that they do if you don’t know when they are doing it, but on the bright side, you can try to stop it. Try these suggestions on your next dinner date out and see if they make your meal extra special.

Let them know the Wizard sent you
