Divination is the art of trying to figure out the future. It's typically done through talking to spirits using cards, scrying, astrology, pendulums, etc.

Spirit work is when you speak with spirits. It's great for speaking to ghosts, deities, or mythological beings. To get started studying it, try energy work as a precursor. To work with spirits you have to detect their energy.

The most commonly practiced and most instagrammable form of witchcraft is crystals and sigils. Each crystal has a certain energy in it that make them useful, like rose quartz are used for love and clear quartz for amplifying spells, etc. Try googling crystal correspondences to get started.   
Sigils are symbols drawn to evoke spiritual entities (deities, ghosts, etc.) and can also be drawn to help you get what you want (a sigil to "keep away distractions" for example.)

Energy work is controlling/moving your own energy and reading the energy of others. For example aura reading.

Kitchen witchcraft is when you incorporate certain foods and spices into what you eat to bring you what you want. All spices have certain correspondences that can help bring what you want into your life, by cooking with the spices with the right correspondences whilst focusing on what you want you can cook up a magickal meal!

Folk magick is a more traditional form of magick, that has to do with calling on the power of mythological beings and entities to ask them for help.
