We’ve all faced the struggles of buying the men in our lives presents. Or taking them out. Whether it’s your best friend, dad, brother, or your boyfriend; boys are really hard to buy for. So, where do you take them? Answer all these questions to find the perfect spot around Ryerson!

A _less-than-1-minute_ walk from the Ted Rogers School of Management, this place offers classy vibes, and for super cheap too if you go during its insane amount of happy hours. Buy your man his favorite drink for less than $5! Or buy a whole meal for less than $13!

Joey Eaton Centre

With only a 17 minute walk, you will find yourself at an open concept bakery, with fresh cheeses cut from the wheel, and expertly hand sliced charcuterie selections. Help yourself to salads and colorful starters; but leave room for the rest of this magical Brazilian experience!  
Carvers will keep coming, and serving up a feast of various grilled meats prepared in various different ways..until you say stop! P.S. you never have to say stop ?  
And as if the night couldn't get any better, Brazilian dancers will be performing live in front of your very own eyes!

Copacabana Brazilian Steakhouse

Only a 13-minute walk away, you'll find the best beer selection right here!  
With high ceilings, a massive group of chandeliers and gigantic windows, this place is the cutest setting to take an avid drink lover out to.
Fun fact: they also host the Golden Tap Awards right here!

BeerBistro

Only an 11-minute walk from Ryerson, this place will not disappoint! Fancy some wine? You're in luck because their selection is unreal. Their steaks are to die for. Not the biggest steak fan? No worries! Their seafood, chicken, and vegetarian options are just equally drool-worthy!  
One thing you will be eternally grateful for, however, is their dessert selection. No matter what you pick, it will make you very happy AND only for $7 or less!

The Keg Steakhouse + Bar

This beauty is a 13-minute walk. With high ceilings and a lot of natural light, this is a very cute spot to take your man. There are giant tumbleweeds mounted to the ceiling, a dangling leather wine rack, and a tree trunk of kiln-fried ironwood retrofitted with geometric 3D leaves. Ladies, this is a _gorgeous_ place.   
There's a huge emphasis on seafood and vegan dishes. If you're about nutritious food, this is the place to be! The bar menu offers one of Toronto's largest selections of gin ?

Nota Bene

Take a 13-minute walk to arrive at this restaurant with a cute patio with an outdoorsy-vibe. Earl's has something for each of you, for any kind of occasion! It works for lunch, for dinner, for drinks after work, for dessert in the evening, for a big birthday bash or for a small intimate meal. 
Their menu selection has a variety of different items with each dish having something unique to offer.

Earls Kitchen + Bar

Only about a _20-minute_ walk until you arrive at this restaurant that has one of the most magnificent views in all of Toronto. The atmosphere is really sensual and the food is absolutely delicious.
You can request for a complimentary card and dessert for the birthday boy to make the day a little extra special!

360 The CN Tower Restaurant

This Italian venue is very authentic and unique with high ceilings, skylights, an antique elevator, streetcar, numerous interesting nooks and crannies, original stained glass windows from Europe, gas lamps, a 100-year-old carousel, and countless other intriguing antiques and artifacts and only a 20-minute walk away from Ryerson.
Their pasta selection is absolutely mouthwatering. You get to choose for your entre to come with bread with butter-garlic-basil, salad or soup, ice cream, and coffee or tea.
