You find more fun in saving than spending your hard earned money! It's always a great choice to save your money, but don't forget to enjoy some of it while you're young. If you save all your money and have a hard time spending it, here are two ways to improve your money relationship: 1. Create goals to save toward. When doing this, create a savings timeline so you know you aren't under- or over-saving. 2. Create a "fun" budget. While you can still save most of your money, give yourself a small amount to have fun with. A great money relationship is a balance between enjoying your life now and saving for your future.

Money is meant to be SPENT, right?...Right? While it's healthy to spend some of your hard-earned cash on self-care and enjoyment, spending beyond your means can lead to some real issues down the line - like bad debt. Creating a budget (and sticking to it) can help you control your spending so you don't go overboard. See if you can limit your "fun" spending to 15% of your income per month. If that's doable, see if you can match that and save 15% per month. Your future self will thank you!

Spending? Saving? Yeah, you think about those, but your mind is mostly on making the money! Earning money is important, but be careful not to overwork yourself and get burnt out. Making a budget based on your expenses and establishing financial goals can help you determine if you are working enough - or too much. You are young and have a lot of time to earn money; be sure to take care of your health and allow yourself time for fun and relaxation.

You like to live in the moment! Your money decisions are based on your current environment, and you may not have money goals or a budget to guide you. Creating a budget or even just one money goal will allow you to make decisions based on you and your values - not what's going on around you. This is your money, not anyone else's, so spend it or save it according to what is best for you!
