Breakfast For Two

Whip up a fresh and vibrant breakfast, made complete with Vita Coco Pressed Coconut!

Blended Coconut Cold Brew

INGREDIENTS

½ cup ground coffee

2 cups VITA COCO PRESSED COCONUT WATER

¼ cup half and half

2 cups ice

1½ tablespoons agave syrup

PREPARATION:

1.Place coffee and VITA COCO in a jar, close with a lid, and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.

2.Strain liquid through coffee filter, cheesecloth, or fine mesh sieve.

3.Place cold brew, half and half, ice, and agave in a blender, then pulse until creamy. Enjoy!

Colorful Fruit Salad

INGREDIENTS

½ cup freshly chopped kiwi

½ cup freshly chopped mango

½ cup freshly chopped pineapple

½ cup fresh berries (raspberries)

1½ tablespoons dried unsweetened coconut flakes

2 tablespoons fresh chopped mint

¼ cup VITA COCO PRESSED COCONUT WATER

1 tablespoon honey

½ lime, juiced

PREPARATION:

1.Combine VITA COCO, honey, and lime juice. Set aside.

2.Combine fruits and toss with VITA COCO dressing

3.Top with dried coconut. Enjoy.

Fruity Coconut Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS

¼ cup chia seeds

¾ cup VITA COCO PRESSED COCONUT WATER

¼ cup VITA COCO COCONUT MILK (optional)

1 tablespoon honey

Sliced bananas, strawberries, coconut flakes, granola

PREPARATION:

1.Combine chia seeds, coconut water, coconut milk, and honey. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

2.Top with sliced fruits and granola. Enjoy!
