    Why You Should Have A Night Off And What To Do

    Sometimes we can truly feel the weight of the world on our shoulders and so I see it best fit to have sometime to relax and let your body and mind rest!

    A little backstory!

    At many times in life we all come across things that just really put our minds and bodies at stress, it's times like these where we feel as if we need to just power on through it and it will be all over soon, but might that be worse? At this time of year many people are stressing over exams and finals approaching, booking summer vacations or just work in general which is totally normal. But when you start to notice that your moods change completely is when you need to stop and rest. By over working your body gets more and more stressed which can lead to symptoms of mental health issues as well as physical ailments - it's your body telling you to calm down and relax! Whilst I'm no medical expert what I do know is that you MUST listen to what your body is telling you, and in this case it's asking you to surrender to whatever is stressing you out! You've got to take time for yourself now and try and rest it out, at least for one night! So I have some fun things that just might help you enjoy and relax for that special me-time evening!

    1. Watch some Netflix

    2. Have a nice long bath with candles

    3. Have friends over

    4. Do some online browsing (or shopping)

    5. Get some rest!
