"I have a lot of plants, and many of them are demanding. Since I can admittedly be a bit of neglectful plant parent, I like to have a few secret weapons at my disposal that can bring my babies back to life when I've forgotten to water them for a few days (or weeks). This stuff does WONDERS. My monstera is absolutely obsessed with it and has since spawned several monstera babies thanks to its magic." —Alice Prendergast

If I had a dollar for every time I asked my husband for a scalp massage, I'd be really hella rich. Using this bad boy is *almost* as good — it never gets tangled in my hair and I love that it comes with two kinds of tips (ones with fatter nodes for deeper tissue, and ones with pointier tips for exfoliation), so I can always cater the kind of massage I'm getting. Since it's waterproof, it's also amazing at working any scalp treatments under my mop.

"Although I never thought I'd spend this much on a sponge, I actually really like this one (and it lasts way longer than regular sponges). The pink material is so cool because it becomes softer as you increase the temperature of the water, so you can control the stiffness for scrubbing. Another neat thing about this sponge is that the eyes and mouth are great for gripping and cleaning cutlery. So cute!" —May Ning

"I have about 7,000 lip balms on the go at all times, but this one is numero uno. The formula is super nourishing and it doesn't have a harsh smell. One of my favourite things about it is that it has a super short, super clean ingredient list, including moisturizing apricot kernel oil, cocoa butter, and rosehip oil (I actually understand every word on the ingredient list, which, let's be honest, is rare)." —Alice Prendergast

"My phone is always running out of juice (especially at the worst times, like when I'm trying to call an Uber or something), so I picked up this charger that snaps right onto my phone magnetically. It's super fast and can charge my phone two or three times fully before running out of power. I also love that I can use it as a stand to catch up on my Netflix shows while I'm out and about." —May Ning

I was, quite frankly, very surprised by how quiet it is while blitzing your peppercorns — barely a whisper to crack a fluffy pile of pepz onto my soup! It's light as a feather, too, which makes it great for people with mobility issues. My mom gave it a go, and loved that it saved her hands and arms from aching after whipping a meal (if I'm being honest, as much as I love freshly-cracked pepper, I don't always love the elbow grease required to have it). You should definitely grab a few batteries as well, so you can get your grind on right away.

These things are straight-up genius. Unlike regular plastic bags, these don't come undone in my bag or get ripped if I'm less than gentle on my stuff — the tradeoff is that there's a bit of a learning curve to opening them (use! the! side! tabs!) but that's a small price to pay for protecting my most important items when I'm out and about.

This gizmo saved my honeymoon! Okay, not really, but it did give us tremendous peace of mind en route to our destination. I loved being able to check in on both our luggage and our carry-on bags, in case one of us accidentally left our stuff behind in a bathroom or one of our suitcases "missed" one of the many flights we took. Being able to ping it was great, not to mention it has a genius search feature that points you in the direction of the tag (and tells you how far away it is). I also strongly recommend grabbing some AirTag holders so your trackers don't end up potentially flying out.

I don't know how I ever got any bottles properly clean before (answer: I didn't). The spongy tip makes short work of all kinds of messes, like stains inside teapots, coffee scum, or that gross milky buildup you can't seem to identify. The handle is perfect for reaching down into the bottom of extra-tall vessels, which is great if you've got some pitchers or vases that could also use a deep cleaning.

This stuff is RICH when it comes outta the bottle, so make sure you take your time working it in (it's worth it, I promise). That said, once it's on, it sinks into skin at lightning speed, so you can get dressed, tuck yourself into bed, or just go about your day without worrying that you're leaving greasy paw prints/footsteps in your wake. At the end of the day, my skin still feels buttery and moisturized!
