Ingredients: For chicken: 2 large chicken breasts, cut in half horizontally 2 tbsp. L. Flour 2 tbsp. L. Finely grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp. Salt and pepper For sauce: 2 tbsp. L. olive oil 2 tbsp. L. Chopped garlic 200 g of sun-dried tomatoes 1 cup chopped mushrooms (250 g) 1 ½ cup of milk or cream 1 tbsp. L. Cornstarch, mixed with 2 tablespoons of milk ⅓ cup grated Parmesan 2 tsp.
