You see them everyday, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week; sometimes you are close and hang out after office hours, sometimes you don't and that's fine. Plus it might get a little awkward when someone adds you on Facebook and you don't feel the same way about them

We know how hard it is to memorize so many names, but at least try to be nice to everyone who makes possible that the office runs smoothly, especially security and cleaning staff, they deserve your respect
