    Every year we tell ourselves: "From the new year on, I will eat healthy. I will go to the gym. I will finally find myself and realise my worth. I will do better in my job, Uni or elsewhere. Next year will be MY year!" Yeah, right. We all know that after the first week of January has gone by, you will drop all these promising resolutions and continue your life just like you did the year before. And the year before that, let's be honest. But why can we never stick to these new intentions? Why do we make all these plans to change our behaviours in certain situations only to find ourselves to go back to the exact same pattern again? But who knows, maybe 2019 could finally be the year you become a better person.
