A Don is responsible for the students living in their assigned area. You have been told you are approachable! You are the kind of caring friend who helps people with their challenges support whenever you can. You will be creating a sense of community by promoting inclusion and building meaningful relationships!

You're A Don!

Formerly known as an LLC PAL, an LLC PF helps first-year undergraduate students with similar courses. You are the person that gets your friends together for study sessions and probably have great study strategies! You will be responsible for students who live in your assigned area of residence and be available for academic or personal advice.

You're an LLC Program Facilitator (LLC PF)!

Formerly known as a PAL, an REF always tries to be available for the students who live in the area they are assigned to. You are a person who is dependable and knowledgable, you probably always check in on people! You will be positive role models for your community and develop personal relationships with the students.

You're a Residence Education Facilitator (REF)!

An RSA has excellent customer service skills! You are a person who is organized, probably likes to email and take calls, and are good at helping people out with UTM Residence and campus questions. You will help with the check-in/check-out process and process all those Amazon packages!
