The neutrophil conflict type wants to resolve conflict quickly - just as the neutrophil arrives quickly to the site of infection and inflammation! Neutrophils thrive on compromise and meeting the other party half way.

The platelet conflict type likes collaboration and sticking together. The platelet likes to come to a mutually satisfying outcome for both parties.

When conflict arises, you try to accommodate the other person's requests. Just as lymphocytes vary their shapes, sizes, and granularity to match the body's circumstances; you change your needs to preserve the relationship with the other party in the conflict.

When conflict arises, you are like the basophil on a normal differential- hard to find! The basophil conflict type is uncomfortable with conflict interactions and would rather more time to figure out the best way to handle the conflict.
