Time. It's not only on our minds, clocks, phones, coffee machines, ovens, microwaves, printers, sundials, computers, car radios, and televisions, it's also displayed on our faces. None of us can escape it and nowhere is this more evident than the public eye. By law, celebrities have an obligation to look amazing from the moment they enter what they call 'the biz' until we stop caring about them. These celebs have clearly neglected that responsibility and as a result have experienced a significant decline in looks over time.
