10 Reasons Why You Shouldn't Hire Me

While I'm sure you're blown away by my resume and the great deal of experience I have accumulated over my career. As a show of good faith, I will try my absolute best to dissuade you from making the best hire of your life!

1. I bring the banter

Bantonio Banteras, the archbishop of banterbury, The Banter menace and Banterer of the Opera are just a few of the names I have been called around the office.

2. I hate the phrase "This is how we've always done things"

I firmly believe that employees should never feel like another cog in a wheel and there should always be autonomy for individuals to improve processes within an organisation.

3. I get intensely enthusiastic

When I have a new idea I want everyone to know about it and try to hype people up about it as much as I possibly can.

4. I am very extroverted

I love meeting new people and prefer to work within a team. The majority of my best ideas are off the back of group brainstorms.

5. I spend a lot of time involved with extra-curricular work activities and groups

I am someone who loves to involve themselves in extra-curricular work groups and social teams. An example of this is my position as the NGEN Ambassador for News Corp encouraging the training and development of young employees at the company.

6. I get intensely focused on my objectives

When I have a goal I will stop at nothing to achieve it. I will tear down walls, run through fire and dodge lightning....metaphorically speaking.

7. I ask a lot of questions

I love to learn and if I don't know something I am proud to admit it. Then I will immediately follow-up and ask questions until I comfortably understand the information.

8. I like to party

I love hanging out with the people I work with and there is nothing more enjoyable than going out to party after a hard week of work!

9. I think failure is a good thing

Failure breeds success. I am never afraid to try new things and fail because I always know I will learn something new and it will improve my ability and skill set.

10. I spend all of my time on buzzfeed

I spend a chunk of my day browsing the site and I love the brand....so all jokes aside please hire me hehe.
