1. Good: He really truly cared for his job at Dunder Mifflin, Stamford
2. Bad: He hated Dwight (for no reason at all) and even plotted the entire "Fire Dwight" idea into Michael's head
3. Good: He very encouragingly went along with the "Parkour" stuff around the office
4. Bad: He annoyed literally everyone in the office
5. Good: He continued the Anti-Toby Club
6. Bad: He literally punches the wall and leaves a hole
7. Good: He returns from Anger Management and actually tries to get better (and he does)
8. Bad: He doesn't help Nellie adopt a baby, even though she really isn't that bad (though he changed in the end)
9. Good: He worked hard to get Erin back- even though it was a messed up apology
10. Bad: He tried to kill Dwight
11. Good: He helped Dwight when he tried to beat the Computer
12. Bad: He went to the Bahama's for three months, leaving Erin behind
13. Good: He convinced David Wallace to buy back Dunder Mifflin, thus saving their jobs
14. Bad: He got super jealous of Erin and Pete's relationship and acted very immature
15. Good: He dropped everything just to achieve his dreams, not many people have the guts to do that
16. Bad: He wasn't exactly a big help during Pam and Jim's Wedding Weekend
17. Good: He came back- twice- even after failing in what he originally sought out to do. Not everyone can bear that embarrasment and Andy did so very well.
