INGREDIENTS
Servings: 8–10
3 tablespoons green cardamom pods 3 tablespoons whole allspice
3–4 dried chili peppers
3 tablespoons black peppercorns
3 vanilla beans
4 star anises
3 tablespoons cloves
4–5 cinnamon sticks
3 tablespoons loose black tea
3⁄4 cup honey
8 cups spring water
2 cups coconut milk
PREPARATION
1. Crush up all the spices using a mortar and pestle.
2. Bring spring water to a boil, add spices, and simmer for 10–12 minutes.
3. Add black tea and steep for 5 minutes
4. Drain spices and tea, then add honey and coconut milk
5. Enjoy!
