20 Things To Expect In Austin At An Interactive/Film/Music Festival We Aren’t Allowed To Name

There's a special type of partying that happens only in Austin in March. Here's what you can expect every year, brought to you by Whose Line Is It Anyway?

Welcome to Austin! Hope you packed your dancing shoes.

After hours of getting inspired at panels, it's time to party — here are some things you should expect:

1. You will feel like this at least once.

2. You will master the art of double fisting.

3. You will spend half the night hamming it up in the sponsored photobooth with new friends.

4. Someone will insist on giving you a product demo in the middle of the party.

5. You will receive more Foursquare badges than you could possibly keep up with.

6. And plenty of real-life badges, too.

7. Someone tells you that you NEED to go to the Salt Lick.

8. But you don't hear them because you're too full from your hundredth street taco.

9. A guy who looks like a raver pitches you his idea which is a "cross with Twitter and [inaudible over music]."

10. You will lose your friends in the crowd on 6th street in between parties...

11. ...and wonder if you're actually that into computers, or if it might be time to consider street miming.

12. Your tongue will turn orange — and stay that way — from some free energy drink you reluctantly tested out.

13. You will hear "So, I sold that company to Google" at least once.

14. You will inevitably miss a huge chunk of the action because you're in line to charge your phone.

15. And 9 times out of 10, a pop star will show up and perform minutes after you leave to head home.

16. A photographer from a publication you've never heard of will ask to take your picture. They will hand you their card. You will lose it.

17. You will end up with a dozen free t-shirts stuffed in your purse.

18. You will become wracked with guilt once you realize the only way back to your hotel is gonna be in one of these guys.

19. Because after being on your feet for hours, you'll feel like this at the end of the day.

20. But one thing's for sure: You'll be up early to do it all over again tomorrow.
