5 Signs That You're Still A Tumblr Girl

Remember back in 2012 when having Tumblr followers earned bragging rights? The hours spent picking the perfect layout and playlist for your page? Tumblr has become in my opinion, a moped website. One you probably have fun on, but don't want others to know you have. As much as we want to make fun of the site here is a list of how there's still a bit of Tumblr in all of us.

1. Your bedroom looks similar to this.

Twinkly lights circle your entire bedroom, messily, but an orderly mess. The tapestry you spent a solid week picking out hangs strategically on your wall. Candles and books spread throughout your room. Your bed placed in a corner decked out in inspirational pillows, and of course, a mac book. (Also I basically just described my bedroom *sigh*)

2. You believe you're: smarter, more creative, funnier than the average human.

Examples include but are not limited to: stopping mid-joke because you remember it's from Tumblr, and your non-Tumblr friend just wouldn't understand.

Let's face it the people of Tumblr do come up with some of the most artistic things on the internet, How many times have you added "Tumblr" to the end of a google search for unique ideas? Exactly.

3. You LOVE cats

Cat's have their own personality, and yours is just as unique as you. (I picked my cat precisely on the fact she's bubbly but has just enough sass to keep my roommates cat from bullying her.) You've also probably referred to your cat as your "spirit animal" at least once

4. When someone asks what kind of music you like, you respond with "you've never heard of it."

You rock out to Princess Chelsea, and you're not ashamed. You also probably believe your music taste is better than what's considered popular.

5. There's no better way to spend your time than in bed, with coffee, your laptop, and your cat.

You love quality time with your self and your fur children. You need coffee to survive.
