Domhnall Gleeson is an actor who was born in Dublin, Ireland on May 12th 1983 (which means he's currently 34!)

Look familiar? He's the son of Irish actor Brendan Gleeson and appeared as Bill Weasley in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 1 & part 2. He also played General Hux in Star Wars: The Force Awakens in 2015 & in Star Wars: The Last Jedi in 2017.

Domhnall has a HUGE filmography, I don't know how nobody is aware of him.

He's been in movies such as Brooklyn, The Revenant, About Time, Anna Karenina, Ex Machina and so on. (I highly recommend checking out his filmography on Wikipedia and giving some of his movies a watch!). He's also about to star in 'Peter Rabbit' - an animated film based on Beatrix Potter's 'The Tale of Peter Rabbit' books - alongside James Corden, Rose Byrne & Margot Robbie.

Before he was a well established actor, Domhnall made comedy sketches in Dublin.

In 2010, he was apart of an Irish comedy sketch show called 'Your Bad Self' alongside fellow irish actors Peter McDonald and Amy Huberman. Then in 2013, he acted in another sketch series named 'Immaturity For Charity' with his dad, Brendan Gleeson, his brother, Brian Gleeson & actress Amy Huberman. The series was made to raise money for the St. Francis Hospice in Raheny and Blanchardstown in Dublin. Both shows are Hilarious and sketches from each can be found on Youtube

Unless you're Irish or know someone who is, chances are you have trouble pronouncing the name Domhnall without it being spelled phonetically.
