"We're Friends" - There is nothing like a sisters love. This value reinforces the strong bond that our sisters have. Our friendships are genuine, real, and like no other. Whether you are a Delta Zeta sister or not, you can always find a friend in a Delta Zeta woman.

"We're Lifelong Learners" - We are always searching for more. Whether it be new friends, new experiences, or new knowledge, Delta Zeta's are constantly looking for a new adventure. We encourage and inspire our sisters to get out of their comfort zones and take on new challenges. Our sisters have used their curiosity to lead them to leadership positions around campus and within our sorority.

"We Give Graciously" - We are generous in more ways than donating our money to Starkey. Our philanthropy events and other events around campus allow us to give our time, energy, and passion into helping others. We can make a difference - we ARE the difference. We have a heart for hearing and a heart for our community.

"We're Empowered to Lead and Serve" - We are constantly inspiring our sisters to become stronger and more confident. We give our sisters a platform to voice their opinion and become strong leaders within Delta Zeta and our community. We empower our sisters to become the best versions of themselves and graduate as stronger women.

Empowerment

"We're Global Citizens" - Delta Zeta emplasizes the importance of citizenship by encouraging our members to help not only our sisters but our community as well. It is our place to help and serve the community that we live in. Our sisters are willing to step foot on campus and serve no matter the circumstances. We are engaged, not passive.

"We Belong for Life" - Delta Zeta is home for our sisters. It may sound cheesy, but it really is not only 4 years; its for life. Our sisters do not just "fit in", we are able to be transparent and unique around eachother without judgement. We always have eachothers backs and we create the biggest support system for our sisters.
