YouTube May Be Racist Towards Black Youtubers

The recent crackdown on black Youtubers show Alphabet, Inc. may be targetting them based on their skin color.

Youtube has recently conducted a large crackdown on black Youtubers and suspended their channels without further notice. Infamous black Youtuber Philko posted a video rant talking about this issue in depth.

Why is Youtube targetting black Youtubers?

According to Philko, they are punishing youtubers who promote hate speech on their channels. However, I know for a fact that many black Youtubers are only speaking from their personal experiences. Their experiences shape their life. To call this type of content "hate speech" is not only ridiculous, but it's dangerous.

Youtube Needs to Address the real problem: Lack of ROI for advertisers

Youtube needs to do a better job catering to their advertisers by focusing on boosting ROI and less on black youtubers. What about all the KKK, white pride and nationalism that exists all over Youtube? It looks like black Youtubers need a different platform to share their voice. Will Youtube do the right thing or will more Youtubers jump ship?
