1. Every day, they have to be up and ready before the sun is even up.

2. But somehow they're able to happily greet each student as they walk though the door.

3. They have to keep 20+ kids focused ALL DAY, each with a very unique personality.

4. They take the time to research, organize, and supervise the most epic field trips any kid has ever seen.

5. They graciously volunteer to lead after-school actives that mean so much to the kids.

6. No matter how long they've been there, they give every parent their undivided attention at conferences.
