    Plenty of people try low-carb diets, but here's why I've found they're not right for me.

    2. They give me much needed energy.

    3. And they make me happy.

    4. Carbs keep my workout game on point.

    5. My hormones and bones can be effected.

    6. I love fruit too much.

    7. I have commitment issues.
