#MeToo Sexual harassment is a serious crime. So the victims should not wind up crying themselves to sleep in silence.

The #MeToo campaign started in Hollywood and has traveled throughout the world's news media. But sexual harassment against actresses isn’t limited to the U.S. We recently interviewed internationally acclaimed Japanese actress Hiroko Konishi about how she suffered sexual harassment, and shockingly the person in question is "a Tv anime director of programs for a children's educational channel E-Tele in Japan". He has taken his own production staff traveling many times. Hiroko was also invited on one of those trips and went along. But when her manager told her at the destination that it was a "mixed-bathing hot-spring trip", she realized she had been invited under false pretenses. He ordered her "to join the director in the bath" and insisted that "all other female celebrities are in there". However, Hiroko completely refused and the trip ended without further incident. But thereafter, despite having starred in almost all of the director's productions, Hiroko was never seen in his work again. There are stories, backed up by many eyewitness accounts by fellow actresses, of this actress being hit in the head by her manager at her former agency. It has been confirmed that this manager made remarks that can be considered violations of human rights in the entertainment industry, such as saying, "I'm just treating you as you deserve" as he hit her. When we looked into this agency, we found that the now retired president of a major management agency was also involved in the covering up of assault. We also found that the former president was investigated by the police on suspicions including "compensated dating with children, etc." As we discovered in our investigation, it is not only the harassment itself but also things such as impeding people from working, or the hostile director of a record company spreading false rumors. Reprehensible harassment behavior, which is widespread not only in the United States but also in the entertainment industry in other countries, is absolutely unforgivable. We would like to meet Hiroko Konishi, a first-rate actress, and appreciate her work, feel the fire that must never be extinguished again, support her, and continue to support such courageous people. There will be a follow up report in magazine. #HarveyWeinstein #harassment #actress #japanese #HirokoKoishi #MeToo By Dave
