Step 1: Clean

Grab all study material and clean your work station in order to promote an open study area. Make sure to turn cell phone on Do Not Disturb.

Step 2: Plan

Begin planning out your chapters of readings to only realize that the exam is cumulative and you have done nothing the entire semester. Remain Calm. You have 12 hours until the exam.

Step 3: Quickly Check Notifications

By quickly check notifications I mean spend an hour on Instagram and snapchat, then feel overwhelmed with guilt and anxiety because you still have done nothing.

Step 4: Text 4 Reassurance

Message your friends and see if they too are screwed for this exam in order to provide yourself with some reassurance.

Step 5: Remove Phone from Premises

Put your phone in another room because you are literally useless and can't stop waiting for a notification.

Step 6: You Studied for 15 Minutes, Treat Yo'self

Take a quick technology break to refresh your brain from studying. By that I mean spend an hour procrastinating and texting people out of FOMO, then realize how screwed you are again.

Step 7: And....It's Cram Time!

Step 8: Feel Overwhelmed.

Step 9: Slight Break Down
