Tracee Ellis Ross Won A Golden Globe 44 Years After Her Mom, Diana Ross

Tracee Ellis Ross became the first black woman in 35 years to win a Golden Globe for Best Actress in a TV Comedy or Musical for her role on ABC's Black-ish on Sunday.

And yesterday, she took to Instagram to remind us all that there's another reason her win is so special — her mother, Diana Ross, is also a Golden Globe winner!

“It’s nice at 44,” the younger Ross said during her acceptance speech. “I like it here!”

The pair are now among the exclusive club of famous mother-daughter duos who both have Golden Globes.
