Women harassment stories are unfortunately now part of today's daily news, where we are learning about powerful men taking advantage of their status and power to harass or assault women. I strongly believe that empowering women is one of the solution to put an end to the rein of harassment by these so-called men and we all have a role to play.

Economic Empowerment

One of the most important pillar of empowerment is the economic independence. To empower women, we should be able to provide them more avenues to earn. Unfortunately, we haven't seen equal women participation in the gig-economy which is further alienating women.
