13 Life Lessons From A Dead Man

1. Shoot for the moon.

Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars.

2. Drink plenty of water.

About eight glasses per day, minimum.

3. Dance like nobody's watching.

Love like you'll never be hurt. Sing like there's nobody listening. Work like your performance review is tomorrow.

4. Love your body.

Embrace its eccentricities and follow your intuition.

5. Take time to chill out.

Don't overwork yourself. Log off every once in a while. Book a vacation and spend some time on the beach.

6. Smile!

You never know... It just might brighten someone's day.

7. Practice proper dental hygiene.

Take care of your teeth! Floss regularly and look into buying an electric toothbrush. You never know how those pearly whites might come in handy.

8. Exercise regularly.

Keep it interesting by mixing up your workouts. Try different forms of exercise, like karate or a spin class.

9. Don't be afraid to ask for help.

And in return, carry others as they have carried you.

10. Teach a man to fish.

He'll eat for a lifetime.

11. Know when to keep quiet.

Understanding when to listen is just as important (or maybe even more important) than knowing when to speak.

12. Don't play with fire.

Best to leave the pyrotechnics to professionals.

13. Live life to the fullest.

Because the world is beautiful and tragic and strange and promising and sad and full of experiences just waiting to be experienced.
