Prove me wrong
Even though leadership shifts from time to time, there is no denying these two as head of their groups. The ones who started it all and the person everyone looks to when things start to go off track or they need a plan.
They both have a group. They change often with death and additions later to help progress the story, but many of the main characters are there for each other and to help execute the plan.
The romance in these intense scenes is the perfect breakup to all the madness surrounding the crew. Of course, being around the same people day in and day out is sure to create some on-camera love. In Fast and Furious you have Brian O'Conner and Mia Toretto, Letty Ortiz and Dominic, and Gisele and Han. Honorable mention of Tej and Ramzy. Money Heist you will see many romances with some of the most recognizable being between The Professor and Raquel Murillo, Tokyo and Rio, Monica and Denver, and Nairobi and Bogota. Honorable mention of Berlin and Palermo.
They have very similar storylines, but one they have most in common is how they are viewed by the "public." Being called hijackers(1st movie for FF) and criminals(2nd for FF) are just some names that come to mind. We can agree whether it's money or gold or cars or more money, both groups are stealing something.
In both the movie and the show someone's "death" is being avenged. In the 4th movie of fast and furious Letty's "death" was being avenged. In Money heist season 2 part 3-4 they were seeking out revenge for Rio's kidnapping and many of their other team members deaths.
I mean they are both bald and they both came as an unexpected threat
Both groups are cut off from their leader(s) several times. If someone dies, gets kidnapped, or arrested the team is left to figure what to do next. Rescue their leader, shift power, and continue the mission.
They both have notable teams of law enforcement coming after them in Fast and Furious (Luke Hobbs, Elena Neves, and Riley Hicksff) in Money Heist (Angel Rubio, Suarez, and Colonel Luis Prieto)
Both groups FF and MH can be seen using guns and explosives. Any weapon they can get their hands on really. I believe there was a tank used by both of them.
Raquel Murillo eventually falls for the leader and becomes apart of the gang in MH. Brian O'Conner is enticed by the leader and eventually becomes part of the family in FF
There are a lot of deaths in each of them like with any good action series. Many of these deaths have their characters come back through flashbacks. Gisele(Han's girlfriend) dies in FF and Nairobi dies in MH, but two characters who seem to come back are Berlin and Han. Berlin comes back through a series of flashbacks after it is revealed he is the mastermind behind the heist and not actually the professor. The creator even said he was forced to kill him off but he would have kept him if he knew the show was going to go on for so long, so it may be safe to say we'll see more of his character later flashback or not. Han of course is believed to be dead after Tokyo drift but comes back as a flashback in the later films. We then get a look at him in the newest trailer revealing him to still be alive.
