Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

For Breakfast I started off with a Brioche French Toast

I purchased my bread from Walmart, but you can try your local bakery or Publix for thick-sliced bread. Challah, any white bread, or brioche works fine. I also substituted regular dairy milk for almond because we drink alternatives in our home. Comment if you want the full picture tutorial!

Here's how they turned out

I paired them with turkey bacon. Looks just like real bacon, doesn't it ;)

For Lunch, I made a nice Cobb Salad

I once again used turkey bacon, but you can sub with diced ham cubes. I also used feta cheese but blue cheese crumbles or your favorite shredded cheese works just fine as well. Comment if you want the full picture tutorial!

For Dinner, I prepared a nice Fried Fish Taco

I used coleslaw, but you can do cabbage and red onion if you prefer. Comment if you want the full picture tutorial!

Lastly, The Perfect Summer Cocktail

Ciroc Summer Watermelon plus watermelon margarita mix makes for the perfect combo. You can sub with strawberry watermelon juice or any of your favorite watermelon drinks if you are looking for something less strong.
