Netflix's Live Action One Piece Has Its First Cast Members

They're going to find the "One Piece!"

There's been quite the controversy on whether or not a Live-Action One Piece is possible. Fans have debated if this should even be happening, however, regardless of the opinions, Netflix has decided to go forward with adapting the beloved anime into a live-action TV series. This has become a popular concept in the past few years for Hollywood. In fact, later this month on November 19th, the Live-Action version of "Cowboy Bebop" will be premiering on Netflix.

Inaki Godoy will play Monkey D. Luffy

Inaki will play the protagonist of the hit Shonen anime "One Piece." Inaki has already been in a few other TV series such as "Blue Demon," "La Querida del Centauro," and "Who Killed Sara?" This is a surprisingly good casting choice since author Eiichiro Oda once stated that Luffy's ethnicity is of Latin American origin such as Brazilian.

Mackenyu will be playing the role of Luffy's first mate and bounty hunter Roronoa Zoro.

The beautiful Emily Rudd will be playing Cat Burgalar Nami.
