Kendrick Lamar - Damn.

Kendrick Lamar's album "damn" has finally arrived. And it is everything that we hoped it would be. Kendrick could have very well cemented his standing as Hip Hop's greatest MC.

I do admit I was skeptical about this album. I wasn't too fond of his previous album "To Pimp a Butterfly". It was OK, the message was great, Kendrick always does a great job with that. But it just didn't get the job done for me. "Damn" on the other hand got the job done.

In my opinion this is an almost flawless album. Lyrically amazing, astounding production, and the entire thought process behind the album is wonderful.

The only thing I don't like is the album cover.

I mean really? What exactly is that? Where's the artwork, I look forward to those kind of things.

Anyways, this album is phenomenal. Tracks like DNA, Element, Lust and God really showcase Kendrick's talent.

John Mayer - The Search For Everything

A little different taste from me here. This is a beautiful soothing album and John Mayer does his thing with this tape.

This album is all about compassion, and his quest to find someone to share his great adventures with.

This album is sure to put you deep into your feelings at 2 a.m. so be careful folks.

The guitar work is God level, and Mayer's lyrics are magical as usual creating a sensational product. Really glad I decided to give this a listen.
