The New "Baahubali" Trailer's Here, And We’re Thiiisss Close To Knowing Why Katappa Killed Baahubali

Two years after Baahubali: The Beginning, Rajamouli is back with part two of India's most expensive and ambitious movie franchise.

One of India's most awaited movies is SS Rajamouli's Baahubali: The Conclusion and the movie's trailer just dropped. It stars Prabhas as Baahubali and Rana Daggubati as Bhallala Deva.

This is the second part of the two-movie franchise.

The fight is between the rightful king of Mahishmati, Mahendra (aka Shiva aka the dude who is freakishly strong and climbs waterfalls willy nilly) and Bhallala Deva aka the douchey and oppressive tyrant everyone wants dead.

The trailer shows Sivagami (the former queen of Mahishmati, who is now dead because she drowned herself to save Mahendra) pulling the classic Lion King move:

Sivagami is one of the most powerful characters in the Baahubali universe.

And because most of this movie will run in flashback, it will dwell on Devasena and Amarendra Baahubali's romance.

To refresh your memory: Devasena is a warrior queen and Amarendra becomes the king of Mahishmati after Sivagami. They fall in love. Bhallala Deva also loves Devasena but obviously gets ditched because of his bad personality.
