With the goal of creating a healthier society and delivering meaningful impact that contributes to Freshii's continued success, I am applying for the Business Analyst Intern position at Freshii.
Like many other college students, I sometimes overlook the importance of health and wellness. By joining Freshii's team, I hope to help make healthy eating more convenient and accessible to individuals around the world. Through this, I hope to reaffirm my own personal commitment to living a healthy lifestyle.
As a driven and detail-oriented candidate, I am confident that my strong analytical ability, interpersonal skills, and commitment to excellence will allow me to thrive in Freshii's collaborative and dynamic environment.
Freshii seeks self-directed candidates with strong analytical skills. While conducting due diligence for a proposed line of raw exotic meat products at Carnivore Club, my market analysis suggested an opportunity in the ready-to-eat product category that offered a better strategic fit. I recommended the opportunity and gained the support of the CEO and the Head of Operations. The ready-to-eat exotic meat line sold out within two weeks of announcement and contributed to Carnivore Club’s most successful quarter to date, thus demonstrating my ability to think strategically and to gather and analyze data to support my hypotheses.
I have demonstrated my leadership ability and my capacity to function effectively in objective-oriented team settings through past experiences; these include managing the client relationship throughout the Ivey Community Consulting Project, leading four fundraising representatives in community outreach for the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, and coordinating logistical changes for a process change at Baxter Kitchens.
In my personal and professional life, I strive to consistently punch above my weight. Given the level of autonomy and support that the Business Analyst Intern position offers, this opportunity at Freshii aligns with my objective to stay true to this personal mantra.
