Materials

1 roll of Sparkle® Paper Towels

Watercolor paint

Metal chopstick

Mod podge

Glue

Scissors

Instructions:

  1. Paint the paper towels in a paint and water mixture.
  2. Let dry.
  3. Cut the paper towels into long strips.
  4. Paint the mod podge onto the strips.
  5. Spray the long metal stick.
  6. Wrap the strips around the chopstick and roll it up the stick until it’s fully wrapped.
  7. Once it’s dry, pull it off.
  8. Now you have a necklace, bracelet, key chain.
