1. Carrot with Grapefruit
Carrots are very well known for weight loss. Due to its richness in fiber it makes you to feel fill for longer time. If you add grapefruit with carrot to make juice it can show wonders in your weight reduction. So, let’s see how to prepare this juice.
Ingredients:
4 to 5 Carrots
2 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 or 2 Grapefruit
Ginger 1 small piece
Peel both carrots and grapefruit and cut into small pieces.
Take a food processor take all these ingredients along with lemon juice and ginger in it. Blend it for 4 to 5 minutes with some required water and pour in a tall glass and drink once a day to get excellent results.
