This Beautiful Photo Series Takes A Glimpse At The Lives Of The LGBTQ Community In Delhi
Caution: there's a whole lotta love.
Hailing from Delhi and London, photographers Sunil Gupta and Charan Singh were commissioned by the New Press, New York to make a photo book on LGBTQ lives in India. So they chose to closely follow the lives of 17 different individuals from the community. "We learnt that whilst under a great deal of pressure (physical, financial etc.) to conform, queer people in India are still able to find each other and create communities of belonging that are equal to traditional family ties in the subcontinent," they told BuzzFeed.
