Nutella is love. Nutella is life.
Chocolate chip cookies are love and life too. I will not argue with that statement either.
Sarah Patka of Love & Flour has a way to combine the two to make something so beautiful that you would even willingly eat it off the floor.
Here's what you'll need:
2 teaspoons of butter (for the baking tray)
200 grams butter
2 cups brown sugar
1 egg
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons corn flour
1 jar of nutella
Chocolate chips (as many as you want, really)
Begin by lining your baking tray with butter.
Then, mix butter and brown sugar in a bowl.
Add one egg to the mixture after that.
Once you mix the egg in, add flour, baking soda and cornflour to the dough.
Next, add a base of cookie dough to the tray.
Pour the Nutella over the base generously.
Cover that with the rest of the cookie dough and top it off with chocolate chips and bake it at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Now, go ahead and have yourself a slice of that sugar-y goodness.
