Sweetu, one of the most unapologetic characters in film history, was always made to feel bad for who she was and how she looked. She put herself out there and believed in love relentlessly only to be told that she has less of a chance because she's fat???? And literally NO ONE spared her. Not even her own best friend.

5. The idiots unnecessarily bullying Chatur aka Silencer in 3 Idiots.

Chatur was a good student and hustled his way through college to maintain his grades. He was cursed for fighting his indigestion issues and being a diligent student. Let's not lie — Chatur was bullied in college.

6. Everything Akash did in Dil Chahta Hai.

Everything about Akash was just wrong. He was a dick to his friends, his parents, and the love of his life. You could tell me that he went on a ~journey~ to find himself, but let's not deny all the awful shit he did to other people so HE could personally improve.

7. Shekhar's whole family yelling at him to break the wall in Parineeta.

Parineeta was a beautiful, flawless film and a great break for Vidya Balan's career. It all goes well till Shekhar decides to LITERALLY break the wall separating him and Lalita. He is also backed by an extremely dramatic fam and it just gets really confusing at the end.

8. Karishma and Raveena being totally okay with Amar and Prem impersonating liars for no apparent reason in Andaz Apna Apna.

At least Karishma and Raveena had legit reasons for switching identities. They wanted to vet the suitors they met. But what reasons did Amar and Prem have? They were just LYING TO FOOL RICH GIRLS.

9. Bunny suddenly realising he's in love with Naina after she took off her glasses in Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani.

OKAY. Honestly, women are not less attractive when they wear glasses. It would be great if Bollywood stopped perpetuating this. Thanks. Also, don't tell me NO ONE noticed a beautiful woman like Deepika Padukone at any given point in time.

10. The injustice done to Preeti in DDLJ.

Preeti was unnecessarily dragged in Raj and Simran's shaadi drama because Raj's father refused to talk to his son. The poor woman just ended up with a broken heart and an idiot brother.
