Chocolate White Russian

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
150 millilitres Double Cream
50 grams dark chocolate, finely chopped
100 millitres Smirnoff Vodka
100 millilitres Coffee Liqueur
200 millilitres Single Cream (for something lighter or heavier use milk or double cream)
Ice
PREPARATION
1. Warm 150ml of cream to a light simmer and pour into a mixing jug containing the chocolate.
2. Stir until fully combined.
3. Start whisking the chocolate mixture and slowly pour in the vodka and the coffee liqueur.
4. Divide into 4 tumblers filled with ice.
5. Layer 50ml of cream into each glass using the back of a spoon to aid a soft pour .
6. Stir and enjoy!
