Ingredients
Fruit Ice Cubes
Handful of small lemon slices (quarter-moon shape)
Handful of cherries, pitted and cut in half
Handful of raspberries
Handful of blueberries
Cocktail
Fruit ice cubes
1 ounce Smirnoff Red, White and Berry
5 ounces Smirnoff Seltzer Red, White and Berry
Lemon Twist Garnish
Half a lemon
Preparation
1. Fill ice cube tray with an assortment of lemon slices and fruits. Fill with water. Freeze until solid.
2. Place a handful of fruit ice cubes in a highball glass. Add 1 ounce Smirnoff Red, White and Berry. Pour in 5 ounces Smirnoff Seltzer Red, White and Berry. Balance a lemon twist on top.
3. To make lemon twist: Slice a 1⁄2-inch-thick round of lemon from a lemon half. Using a small paring knife, cut the lemon slice almost in half by starting your cut just below the top rind (where the pulp begins) and slicing through the bottom of the round. Then cut out all of the pulp so you are left with just a long strip of peel. Twist the peel into a curly-q shape and press the curl between two fingers so that the peel holds its shape.
Alternate serving options:
Seltzer: Place a handful of fruit ice cubes in a highball glass. Fill glass with Smirnoff Seltzer Red, White and Berry.
Lemonade: Place a handful of fruit ice cubes in a highball glass. Add 1 & 1⁄2 ounces Smirnoff Red, White and Berry. Fill glass the rest of the way with lemonade.
