The coalition is definitely over.

Politics has taken on another level of sassiness after the Lib Dems posted this tweet showing that the chancellor, George Osborne, has blocked them.

A spokesperson for the Lib Dems told BuzzFeed News the press office noticed it had been blocked after people on Twitter started talking about the weirdness of this picture posted by the chancellor.

The Lib Dem spokesperson said he has no idea why the press account has been blocked, although did take one guess.

"Maybe Danny's yellow box pushed him over the edge," he said. In the last budget before the election, then Lib Dem chief secretary to the Treasury Danny Alexander came out with his own, Lib Dem, budget showcasing a yellow box rather than the traditional red one revealed by the chancellor.
