Bez From The Happy Mondays Is Officially Running For Parliament

    Bez, formerly of the Happy Mondays, has officially launched his campaign to be Salford's next MP.

    Bez, whose real name is Mark Berry, launched his campaign poster outside Salford Cathedral – and he's running as leader of the Reality party.

    There appears to be a hint of Russell Brand's influence in Bez's poster.

    Bez, an anti-fracking activist, will take on Rebecca Long-Bailey in a staunchly Labour seat.
