If you're like me, you grew up on the Disney Channel. 8/7c was my "me time," when I watched new episodes of That's So Raven and Wizards of Waverly Place.
But even 8-year-old me knew Disney Channel had its fair share of cringey moments.
Like in Camp Rock when Mitchie led this less than cool fight chant past the competing music camp.
Or when Austin from Austin & Ally thought it'd be a good idea to dance like this in his comeback performance.
I know I was confused when Hillary Duff spun around every 0.5 seconds in this scene of Cadet Kelly.
And I'm forever embarrassed that the Cheetah Girls thought performing a song would help rescue Galleria's dog, who was trapped under the road.
